This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and look after your personal data when you use the website, buy from us or contact us.

2. Personal data we collect
- Orders and member accounts: your name, delivery and billing address, phone number, email, the products you order and your order history — plus company name, taxpayer ID and branch when you request a tax invoice.
- Payment information: the transfer slip you send when you confirm a bank payment. Card payments are processed directly by our payment provider; we do not store your card number.
- Information you send through forms: for example warranty registration or enquiries (name, contact details, product model, purchase date and your message).
- Website usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you interact with the website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 7).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- To perform our contract with you: processing orders, delivery, installation, after-sales service and warranty.
- To comply with the law: issuing receipts and tax invoices, and keeping accounting and tax records as the law requires.
- For our legitimate interests: answering your questions, preventing fraud, keeping our systems secure and improving the website and our services.
- With your consent or choice: analytics and advertising cookies, which you can decline or change at any time.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is necessary with service providers acting on our behalf — delivery companies, payment providers and banks, website hosting and email providers, and analytics or advertising services such as Google and Meta — and with government authorities where the law requires, such as the Revenue Department.
5. Transfers outside Thailand
Some of our providers, such as Google and Meta, may store or process data on servers outside Thailand. We use providers with appropriate personal data protection safeguards as required by law.
6. How long we keep data
We keep data only as long as the purposes above require. Orders, receipts and tax invoices are kept for at least the period required by accounting and tax law, and warranty information for the warranty period. After that we delete the data or make it no longer identifiable.
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies it needs to work, such as the cart and sign-in, and cookies for analytics and for showing ads that match your interests, through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel. You can decline non-essential cookies from the cookie banner, or change your choice at any time.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it deleted or its use restricted, object to its processing, have it transferred, and withdraw consent you have given, by contacting us through the details in section 1. We will respond within the time the law requires. If you believe we have not complied with the law, you may complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
9. Security
The website encrypts data in transit with HTTPS, and access to personal data is limited to staff and providers who need it to provide the service.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version is always on this page.
